Terms and Conditions of Purchasing from Creations – Where Ideas Come Alive.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations revised in June 2014 your have the right to cancel your order any time from the date of order and up to 7 days after you receive your item(s).

Purchase of a Stock Item

If you cancel an order after the item has already been sent to you, this must be returned to me in a re-sellable condition as sent to you, before a refund of the original transaction and original postage is refunded. The cost of the return postage will not be refunded. Items should be returned via Signed for postage, I take no responsibility for returned items being lost in the post where items are sent other than signed for postage.

Custom Orders (non personalised)

A non refundable deposit for custom orders will be taken at point of sale.

If a custom non personalised order is made and you change your mind, then this must be returned to me in a re-sellable condition as sent to you, before a refund of the original transaction and original postage is refunded (minus the non refundable deposit). The cost of the return postage will not be refunded. Items should be returned via Signed for postage, I take no responsibility for returned items being lost in the post where items are sent other than signed for postage.

Custom Orders (personalised)

A non refundable deposit for custom personalised orders will be taken at point of sale.

If a custom personalised order is received and deemed to be faulty, then it can be returned for a full refund. However the item must be returned via Signed for postage (which will also be refunded) upon receipt. A refund will only be made once the item has been inspected and the fault is agreed between the 2 parties.

However, if there is no fault with the item, but you wish to cancel your order, the items must be returned to me for a refund (minus the non refundable deposit). Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of the items back in it’s original condition. Items should be returned via Signed for postage, I take no responsibility for returned items lost in the post where items are sent other than signed for postage.

WHERE POSSIBLE EVERY EFFORT WILL BE MADE TO CORRECT ANY FAULTS FOUND WITH ITEMS.
